Sitting in a classroom with ten other students, Meichou realised that each of us learn at a different pace and style. Thus, she posed a question, “how could we expect every students to learn from one teacher?” Upon realising the flaw in the education system, Meichou, with a passion in teaching, began tutoring her peers after class. Under her guidance and mentorship, she witnessed a huge improvement in her students’ results.
